Holiday Home Slavica is located in a calm area of Sveti Filip i Jakov, among olive tree fields, in the vicinity of the former royal town of Biograd na Moru, where you can find beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, take part in various summer events and visit Fun Park Mirnovec, nicknamed the Croatian Gardaland.
The holiday house extends over three floors. The interior, with a total of eight air conditioners, consists of five bedrooms, each bedroom is equipped with WiFi & TV and four of them are air-conditioned; five bathrooms, two kitchens with a fireplace, two living rooms and four open terraces overlooking the refreshing swimming pool, the playground and the sea. Additional relaxation can be found in the gym, sauna or by playing billiards, table tennis, darts and PlayStation 4 with friends. There is a parking lot with four parking places at the back of the house. Additional privacy is guaranteed by a stone fence surrounding the whole house.

Sveti Filip i Jakov (or just Filipjakov as its known among locals) is the central destination of the Riviera with the same name, beautifully situated along the tranquil coast of the channel of Pašman.
